Ryan Malcolm was born and raised in the Kingston area and you might recognize him as the first Canadian Idol! He has toured the world as a Platinum Recording Artist sharing the stage with the likes of Bon Jovi, Annie Lennox and Elton John just to name a few! Ryan is an avid traveller and found himself living in Costa Rica where he owned and operated a restaurant with his lovely wife Rebecca. Finding themselves back in Ontario, Ryan pursued real estate where he served clients in the Goderich area for over six years. Moving ‘home’ to the Kingston area, Ryan teamed up with Jen to create the Malcolm | Fitz | Doseger | Real Estate Group where they continue to inspire home buyers and sellers to make their real estate dreams become a reality!

Jen Fitzpatrick was also born in Kingston and grew up in the quaint village of Newburgh. After university she attended SUNY Potsdam in New York and pursued a career as an elementary school teacher. After living and working in the Eastern Townships in Quebec she moved to London, England where she was able to teach, travel and explore! Returning home to Ontario, Jen owned and operated a photography as well as event planning business and that eventually morphed into real estate photography then eventually into becoming a real estate broker. Teaming up with Ryan to create the Malcolm | Fitz | Doseger | Real Estate Group was a natural fit and they bring a “Home Town Advantage” to each and every real estate transaction!

Jake Doseger was born and raised in Kingston and his dedication to serving his community is unmatched! He has extensive knowledge in the field of home construction which led to him obtaining his real estate license. Jake’s attention to detail and his desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others provides him with a variety of skills that are valuable throughout the home buying and or selling process. Jake studied law enforcement at St. Lawrence College and is an avid hockey player, runner and advocate for mental health. He completed his first marathon in 2024 in support of the YGK Boys & Girls Club. He continues to raise the bar for setting individual and team goals and is a valuable asset to the Malcom | Fitz | Doseger | Real Estate Group!
